	Note to prospective vendors for 2012: Don’t assume you can apply after the deadline and still participate. We were FULL by the Sept 2nd deadline in 2011 and expect that to happen again in 2012.

		14th Annual PENNSBORO PUMPKIN FEST October 6 - 7 , 2012

			Hours of Operation October 6th 9:30 am – 5 pm October 7th 11 am – 5 pm

	Vendors may set-up starting 6:30am on Saturday. We ask that all vehicles be out of the pedestrian walkways by 8:45am. Sunday load in can be any time after 8:00am. All vehicles should be out of pedestrian rows by 10:15am. Vendor parking is directly behind the Performance Stage. Volunteers will be on duty to assist. Vendors must be ready to open no later than 9:30 am on Saturday and 11:00 am on Sunday All displays must be removed from the park by 8:00 pm on Sunday. We now offer Friday Setup 3pm to 7pm for vendors with large tents and displays. No merchandise may be left unlocked in the booth space Friday night. POSITIVELY NO SALES ON FRIDAY. There is a charge of $ 15.00 for setup, payable at registration. No extra charge for if you have multiple booths.






	CURRENTLY WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING VENDOR BOOTH SPACE REGISTRATION FOR 2012. Check this space in May 2012
