Vendor and Entertainer Parking is directly behind the Gazebo.
To enter the field befor Fair operating hours to unload, follow the GREEN Route immediately behind the round baseball backstop. Turn right to go onto field immediately after baseball infield ends.
Follow the traffic cones to middle aisle, each row is marked with the booth numbers in the row.

You may use the RED Route to get to parking immediately behind the stage  Access to this area will be limited to vendors and entertainers with a Pumpkin Fest Provided PASS.  One pass is provided for each booth you rent.  All extra people working your booth will need to use open parking.  Do not copy the passes provided.

Vendor may park within your 20 x 20 booth during the fair, but vehicles parking in the booth may not leave during fair operating hours   Saturday 9:30am to 5:00pm and Sunday 11:00am to 5:00pm.  No parking pass is required to park in your booth.

All booths must be removed from the fair area by Sunday 7:30pm.
Vendors are expected to clean the booth space of refuse and place in the containers provided throughout the fair.  Please do not dump grease or caustic liquids on the field at any time during the fair.
