PORTABLE RESTROOMS
We are augmenting restroom capacity using a large portable restroom trailer beside the Gazebo stage, as well as regular and porta-johns positioned for vendor convenience. Concession stand also has permanent facilities.
VENDOR PARKING
All vendors should park on the field behind the Gazebo Stage. Long trailers should pull up to the left on the crest of the hill near the butterfly gardenl, not directly behind the Gazebo.
SATURDAY/SUNDAY START TIMES
All vendors must be ready to open no later than 9:30am Saturday and 11:00am Sunday. All unloading vehicles must be out of the walkways by 9:00am. Avoid blocking the walkways before that time. People assisting in booth setup should not “double park” in the walkways.
END OF DAY
Vendors should secure merchandise in locked spaces for Saturday evening and remove all displays and tents by 8pm Sunday night. Food Vendors should not use dumpsters for used cooking oil. EP personal will remove garbage and containers at end of day.
PUMPKINFEST IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. We have only cancelled 1 time in 19 years (Hurricane). In the last few years, winds have been a challenge. We recommend securing your shelter for both high wind and rain. Click on the blue oval for some hints and suggestions.

FRIDAY SETUP 3-7 pm
Again this year, all vendors are offered the option to setup their trailers and tents Friday night Oct 11th from 3pm to 7pm. Friday setup gives you the benefit of setting up in the daylight and helps our volunteers by reducing the number of vendors need to set up in the dark at 6:30am. Set your trailer in your space or setup tents. Be sure to secure tents against high wins. Do not set up your merchandise Friday night.
There is a fee of $15.00 per vendor, payable at registration.
Police will be on site both Friday and Saturday evenings, after hours. All merchandise must be locked up over night. Note: Overnight camping is not allowed in Adams-Ricci park.
