Events

The Pennsboro Pumpkin Fest has staged special events during the fair since the beginning in 1999. This year we’re adding a new evern where anyone can carve a Pumpkin in an “artful” manner and put it up for judging by our panel. Prizes will be awarded for Children and Adult Categories. We also feature a Car show on Saturday the brings in 120+ cars or all types. Visitors get to vote for their favorites in many categories.

TIME	SATURDAY OCTOBER 6th, 2012
12:00 noon	Car Show (more info & 2011 pictures , click here)	Register between 9:00am and 12:00 noon at Summerdale Pavilion Rain Date Sunday Voting 12:00 to 2:00pm
12:30 pm	Pumpkin Art Carving (more info and rules, click here)	Register at the Concession stand before 12:30pm Saturday. Judging Starts at 1:30m
3:00pm	Pumpkin Whoopee Pie Eating (Kids and Adults categories)	Register at the Concession stand by 2:45 pm

TIME	SUNDAY OCTOBER 7th, 2012
1:30 pm	Pumpkin Pie Baking	Register at the Concession stand before 1:00pm Sunday. Judging Starts at 1:30pm
2:30pm	Paint a Pumpkin (kids under 12 yrs)	Go to tent near the new Concession stand. no registration required.
